Hammer drills and hammer drill bits are designed to quickly drill through brittle materials like concrete by the rotary action of the drill bit with a hammer action that moves the drill bit in and out of the hole along the bit’s axis to provide a pounding action along with the drilling motion of the bit.

The two materials work together and the quality of both are equally important to perform satisfactorily. In a tough building material like concrete, the drill bit itself has to withstand massive pressure. Hammer drill bits often use special shank shapes which allow the bit to slide within the chuck when hammering, without the whole heavy chuck executing the hammering motion. Getting the best German drill bits may also help ensure quality.

For most hammer drills, a relatively smooth shank is insufficient because the drill bit can easily slip during use. Therefore, the need to use special shank shapes such as the SDS type that come with hammer drill bits is significant.

The one we have in stock are the best german drill bits used for different applications and materials.
